BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY

Booking

A 50% deposit of the total stay is required to confirm your reservation.

For one-night stays, full prepayment is required at the time of booking.

The deposit may be paid by:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express)

• Bank transfer (only if the arrival date is more than 15 business days from the booking confirmation date)

• Secure payment link (not available for American Express cards)

Cancellation

• More than 30 days before arrival: €50 per room will be retained as an administration fee and deducted from the refundable deposit.

• Less than 30 days before arrival: the deposit is non-refundable and cannot be transferred to a future stay.

• Any modification made within 30 days of arrival: the full amount of the original reservation remains payable.

• In the event of an early departure or a no-show, the full amount of all originally booked nights will be charged.

• All cancellations and modifications must be submitted in writing.
