1 - ACCOMMODATION
Rooms are hired on a daily basis from 4pm to 12am. Please contact us if you are likely to arrive late (after 6pm).
2 - RESERVATIONS
Any reservation must be accompanied by a deposit in the form of a means of debit in order to guarantee the reservation.
The deposit is calculated according to the length of your stay:
- For a 1-3 night stay, the deposit is equivalent to the price of one night
- For a stay of more than 3 nights, the deposit is equivalent to 30% of the total cost of the stay.
Reservations are only considered as firm bookings once a deposit has been paid.
3 – CHANGES - CANCELLATIONS
Any changes to or partial or total cancellation of the booking must be made in writing by the client. The total deposit will be withheld if the reservation is cancelled less than 30 days before the date of arrival. For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival 30 € will be withheld from the deposit to cover bank charges.
For any stay which is cut short, the equivalent of one night will be invoiced as compensation.
4 - PRICES AND PAYMENT TERMS
Room prices are net. They do not include local tourist taxes. Invoices and payments are made in euros. Payment may be made by cheque, cash, bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners) or by bank transfer (fees payable by the customer).
5 - DISPUTES
Any dispute relating to this reservation will be referred to the discretion of the competent Courts of Le Var.
